gibberish
i lost control a bit last week, got drunk on two nights, which i really shouldn't do, not when i've got lots of work to do and my fitness to keep up.
it's fun to lose control once in awhile though, to get tipsy and be wild (but still know what's going on, and what not to do).
i'll be back in singapore on the 25th of march, and while i'm not counting down the days at all, it's good to know that i'll see my family and friends again soon.
a bit worried about the fact that exams are right after the holidays. failing is not an option at all.
people who say that uni is a breeze after the O and A levels definitely don't do econ & geog. the amount of reading i have to do is horrendous.
.
mer, my fijian rugby team mate from america, is at kensington park at this very moment, watching the southern hemisphere team. the actual team that'll be playing in the north vs south tsunami aid rugby match at twickenham this saturday. they're there, training, the actual players themselves - george gregan, tana umaga, mehrtens...
what am i doing in the library? being a good student, that's what. i've still got a lecture at 4 and a ton of work to do.
you have no idea how i shrieked in the corridor of my flat when mer called me to tell me where she was, apparently she was just passing by the team hotel when she saw the players coming out, so she and her friends followed them all the way to kensington park. yam and a couple of my other flatmates came rushing out of their rooms, thinking something dramatic had happened (well, in a sense this was dramatic, but not to them).
you have no idea how much i want to just hop onto the tube down to south kensington. :(
oh well, at least i'll be at twickenham this saturday.
i'm still a bit star-struck.
