i think the image above kinda encapsulates the last 7 days

what was meant to be a fairly straightforward 'familiar' trip to visit m.reb and his family in perpignan, with a little stopover in carcassonne, turned out to be the highlight voyage of the year (so far)

for the last 2 days, i ended up in agen and visited giro and his family - an unexpected but very enjoyable ride

the twin combination of german wine and jetlag/fatigue means that i won't be able to expound upon the trip as elaborately as i would like to. that will have to wait till tomorrow

but for the moment, bits linger fresh in my hazy mind
