we're replaying the uni o kent next wednesday. and i know i'll be upset if we don't beat them convincingly.

i'm aching so bad from wednesday's training. entirely - biceps triceps forearms back shoulders abs legs.

oh the things i do for the sport... the worst has to be the post-training/match ritual of scrubbing, scrubbing and more scrubbing. muddy clothes and boots (that reminds me, i haven't cleaned my boots from wednesday yet)... combatted with a converted large plastic foodbowl and a grey bristly scrubber.
