someone studded my toe during the match and now it's super tender and painful to the touch. i don't think i've fractured anything but still it's irritating. how to run with a painful toe

also i got whacked across the head once and my bum suffered a big knock early in the match

only that i woke up this morning and simply couldn't.wake.up.
