phantom planet

i also went for the phantom planet gig last night and it well exceeded my expectations. besides the fact that the lead singer alan was supremely hot/fit/etc (kept sweeping his floppy jet black hair away from his eyes, and the mainly pubescent (14-16 year olds) crowd kept swooning, it was hilarious), it was good to realise that the band has better songs than that "one song" (i.e. "california").

the job hunt continues, and so does the wait for a certain call. if it doesn't come, then tant pis. isn't meant to be! would have been interesting though.
