had rugby training yesterday for the first time in weeksss
- gosh i'm unfit. and the ankle it still delicate

last night i found two beautiful songs and listened to them over and over again

lately i've been wondering whether removing, or at least "hiding", all the melancholy/sad/angsty/distressed/teary songs from my computer, would do any favours to my mood. i.e. listening to nothing but happy boppy songs, nevermind how shitty i may be feeling

might be a worthwhile exercise
