jaffa cakes (back into the habit)
the worst is over, all that's left is one maths exam on monday and then i will be able to
breathe.
this might come across wrong but i think we're all going to get wasted in the immediate post-exam hours on monday. and after the hell of the past two weeks, that might not be such a bad idea.
.
it's either dubai or singapore for me this december. i've grown to appreciate my family even more over the past 8 months, even though i'm almost never homesick.
dubai conjures this shanghai-esque image in my mind - both are up-and-coming modernising cities in developing economies (see you can tell i've been having economics and geography exams), it would be cool to visit. i guess it all depends on whether or not pa's in dubai during december.
but at the same time, there are also old ties in s'pore to revisit, and maybe new relationships to forge? on verra.
oooh and if i could make it for the dubai 7s in december that would be super super cool. then by the time i graduate (assuming i pass my first year - no it's not a joke) i'd have been to the sg, dubai, london and paris 7s! that would be f*cking awesome :D
speaking of 7s, the london tix are super super ex. johnson v lomu on evening of the 1st day has driven up prices to a crazy £45 - and that's only for the first day. so 2 days together would come up to crazy crazy £70. gosh i really hope that m.reb (yes he'll be here with the team, will be great to see him again) & co. will be able to give me a couple of tickets.
